Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 arrives on GeForce NOW and Ubisoft Connect in major update
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has officially broken its traditional launcher boundaries. In a surprise update on July 30, the game became available on both GeForce NOW and Ubisoft Connect, expanding its reach well beyond Battle.net and Steam.
This move is a direct consequence of the Microsoft acquisition agreements, ensuring broader access to the franchise. Cloud gamers using Nvidia’s GFN service can now stream the game up to 4K 120fps with an Ultimate tier subscription.
Ubisoft Connect Integration
The Ubisoft Connect addition fulfills the cloud gaming rights agreement established in 2023. While the primary playerbase remains on Steam and Battle.net, the integration allows Ubisoft+ subscribers in specific regions to access the campaign and multiplayer suites without an extra purchase.
