
Kusan: City of Wolves brings gritty top-down action to PC and consoles today
After years of highly acclaimed demos and a successful Steam Next Fest showing, Kusan: City of Wolves launched today, July 30. The top-down shooter, heavily inspired by Hotline Miami but featuring profound melee combat and cybernetic abilities, is available on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
A masterclass in momentum
Reviews are already praising the game’s fluidity. Players control a veteran with a bionic arm, slicing and shooting through a corrupt cyberpunk city. The standout feature is the momentum-based combo system, which rewards aggression and punishes hesitation.
