The board stamped it Mature 17+ for Blood and Gore, Language, Suggestive Themes, and Violence — the same adult framing the game carried on PlayStation 5 and PC.

Why the rating summary matters

ESRB descriptors explicitly call out revealing costumes and combat presentation that fans worried might get softened for Nintendo’s storefront.
