Transport Fever 3 gains Paradox publishing — Urban Games keeps the IP

The trains just got a strategy publisher. Urban Games announced a publishing partnership with Paradox Interactive for Transport Fever 3 — framing it as a “player-first” match between management-sim specialists. Steam already hosts the TF3 page under that partnership halo; the important contractual line is that Urban keeps the IP and creative direction.

Global marketing, storefront muscle, and the Cities / Crusader Kings audience overlap. Urban’s note stresses the route does not change — Paradox amplifies rather than redesigns. For players burned by publisher meddling, that sentence is the headline.

Why it is not a Cities: Skylines story
